With strong support from across the industry, it delivers a structured programme of training that offers young people a clear route to further study and meaningful employment. Its Junior Chefs Academy helps students from many different backgrounds to find work with leading employers, while its degree-level programmes prepare students for positions of responsibility and leadership throughout the industry.
