In February 2020, twenty-two institutions of higher and further education received the Queen’s Anniversary Prize from HRH The Prince of Wales and The Duchess of Cornwall at an investiture ceremony at Buckingham Palace. The Prize-winning work included novel solutions for low carbon energy, new measures for global poverty, creative writing to promote culture diversity and ground-breaking research identifying micro-plastics.
